🚶♀️Balance training is key to preventing falls. Try these at-home exercises.
- From a seated position, stand up without using your hands, then sit back down.
- Hold onto a steady surface. Put your weight on one leg and lift the other leg to the side or back. Repeat on the other side.
- While walking, alternate knee lifts with each step.
