Meat Crust Pizza is a cherished family recipe that we always make in pairs.
Start by combining 2 pounds of meat with 2 to 4 eggs, adjusting the number based on the mixture's consistency. Add a generous amount of Italian seasoning and garlic to taste. Mix everything thoroughly. Once combined, spread the mixture evenly to a thickness of 1/8 to 1/4 inch. Bake the crust until fully cooked, which usually takes about 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Allow it to cool for 5 to 10 minutes, then add your favorite toppings and bake again until everything is melted and delicious.
