✨ New at my studio: Guided Nervous System Reset Sessions ✨

I’m now offering guided meditation sessions while you relax on the BonCharge PEMF + Red Light Therapy Mat — a deeply calming experience designed to help your body shift out of stress and into healing.

Many of us are living in a constant fight-or-flight state without even realizing it. When the nervous system is overwhelmed, it can show up as:
• Anxiety or panic
• Trouble sleeping
• Chronic pain or muscle tension
• Fatigue or burnout
• Hormonal imbalance
• Digestive issues
• Headaches and inflammation

These sessions are designed to gently guide your body back into a regulated, parasympathetic (rest-and-heal) state.

While I guide you through calming breathwork, visualization, and nervous-system soothing meditation, the BonCharge PEMF + Red Light Mat works at the same time to support your body physically.

Benefits may include:
✨ Deep relaxation and nervous system regulation
✨ Reduced pain and inflammation
✨ Improved circulation and cellular repair
✨ Support for recovery and healing
✨ Better sleep and mental clarity
✨ Reduced stress and emotional overwhelm

The gentle PEMF frequencies help your cells recharge and communicate better, while the red light therapy supports mitochondrial function, circulation, and tissue healing.

Many people say they leave feeling:
• deeply relaxed
• lighter emotionally
• calmer and more grounded
• like their body finally had a chance to reset

Sessions available in 30 or 60 minutes.

If your nervous system has been under a lot of pressure lately, this is a beautiful way to give your body a chance to rest, regulate, and restore.

Message me or book online if you’d like to experience one. 🌿

✨ NEW SERVICE OFFER: Pain Relief + Nervous System Calming Guided Meditation Sessions ✨

30 or 60 minutes
Includes PEMF + Red Light Therapy🙌🏻

Many people are walking around completely dysregulated and don’t even realize it.

When your nervous system is constantly “on,” pain amplifies. Healing slows. Hormones become chaotic. Sleep suffers. Emotions feel raw.

A regulated nervous system is the foundation of healing.

You don’t have to push through.
You don’t have to “just deal with it.”
You don’t have to wait until you crash.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do for your body…
is give it permission to soften.

If you’re dealing with low back pain, neck tension, headaches, anxiety, or just feeling constantly “on” — this is for you.

These guided meditation sessions help your body shift out of fight-or-flight and into rest-and-repair.

Benefits include:

• Reduced pain and inflammation
• Calmer nervous system
• Less anxiety and overwhelm
• Better sleep
• Improved circulation and cellular repair
• Deep physical and emotional relaxation

When your nervous system regulates, your body can finally heal.

Wow so interesting!⤵️

A groundbreaking discovery in brain health has revealed that facial lymphatic vessels play a crucial role in draining toxins from the brain. When massaged, these vessels help clear out waste, which is vital for the prevention of neurological diseases like Alzheimer's. Scientists are excited about the possibility of using this technique as a non-invasive treatment for brain health.

By targeting these facial lymphatic pathways, researchers believe they could slow down the progression of diseases that impact memory and cognition. Early intervention with this method may provide an effective and natural way to protect against diseases that lead to dementia.

This discovery also emphasizes the importance of regular facial massages, not just for relaxation, but for overall brain wellness. It’s a promising avenue for future treatments and something that could change the way we approach neurodegenerative diseases. 💆‍♂️🧠

❄️ Why Lymphatic Drainage Is So Important During Montana Winters ❄️

Montana winters are beautiful… and they’re also long, cold, and physically demanding on the body.

When temperatures drop, we naturally move less. We drive instead of walk, bundle up tightly, sit more, and brace against the cold. From a physiological standpoint, this matters—because your lymphatic system depends on movement, muscle contraction, and deep breathing to function properly.

The lymphatic system is a key part of your immune and detox pathways. It helps:
• Move excess fluid out of tissues
• Carry immune cells throughout the body
• Clear inflammatory waste and metabolic byproducts

Unlike your cardiovascular system, the lymph system has no central pump. Cold weather causes mild vasoconstriction and reduced circulation, which can slow lymph flow even more. Over time, this can show up as:
• Puffiness or swelling
• Joint stiffness and heaviness
• Frequent winter sickness
• Feeling tired, inflamed, or “bogged down”

🌲 This is where lymphatic drainage becomes especially powerful in winter.

Gentle, rhythmic lymphatic techniques stimulate lymph vessels just beneath the skin, encouraging fluid movement back toward the lymph nodes where it can be filtered and cleared. This supports immune efficiency while also calming the nervous system—something many of us need during dark, quiet winter months.

Emotionally, winter can feel heavy too. Long nights, limited daylight, and seasonal stress take a toll. Lymphatic drainage isn’t just about physical flow—it often creates a deep sense of lightness, warmth, and relief, like your body can finally exhale.

Clients often tell me they leave feeling:
• Less swollen
• More relaxed and grounded
• Warmer and lighter in their body
• Supported instead of depleted

💚 Call to Action
If Montana winters leave you feeling stiff, sluggish, or run-down, lymphatic drainage may be exactly what your body needs. Message me to book a session to support your immune system, circulation, and overall well-being through the colder months.

Your body doesn’t stop working just because it’s winter—let’s help it flow.

Why Manual Lymphatic Drainage Is Especially Helpful in Winter ❄️

Winter naturally slows the body down.

We move less, tissues tighten from the cold, and the lymphatic system—responsible for immune support, fluid balance, and detox—can become sluggish.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, rhythmic therapy that helps keep lymph moving when your body needs it most.

Winter Benefits of MLD
• Supports immune health during cold & flu season
• Reduces puffiness and fluid retention
• Helps sinus congestion and head pressure
• Encourages detox when movement is limited
• Calms the nervous system
• Leaves the body feeling lighter and more balanced

This is not deep massage. The light touch is intentional—designed to work with the lymphatic system, not overwhelm it.

If winter has you feeling heavy, run down, or stuck, lymphatic drainage can be a beautiful form of seasonal support.

✨ I have some openings in February for lymphatic work. Call/text to book your session.

Exciting news! 🎉

I’m so happy to share that I now accept HSA & FSA cards for massage therapy sessions! 🙌

This means you can use your pre-tax health dollars to support your body, reduce pain, manage stress, and invest in your overall well-being—making regular massage even more accessible and convenient.

My practice is categorized under a standard healthcare merchant code, which means most HSA and FSA cards should process without any issues. Because each plan is managed a little differently, approval can vary depending on your card provider.

If you ever have trouble using your HSA or FSA card, it usually just means your provider needs to verify that massage therapy is covered under your plan—and they’re happy to help clarify that for you.

I’m excited to offer this option and continue making care easier for my clients.
If you have questions or want to book, feel free to message me 💛
