✨ One More Flow with Caroline ✨

This Thursday, March 12th, at 7pm, join us for Caroline Valitutto’s final class at Summit Sol. As she steps into a new chapter beyond Summit County and growing her family, we’re sending her off with lots of love! Come flow with her one last time tomorrow and stay for a little celebration after class.

Caroline, from all of us at Summit Sol, we are so happy for you and we going to miss you dearly! Thank you for all the amazing classes, for bringing your special light, making us stronger, helping us find more calm, and for being such a consistent support in this journey.

And while we say goodbye, we’re also excited to share that Mat Pilates will be coming to this time slot starting March 19. More details soon!

Our new monthly Mystical Movement Gathering is here just in time for the Snow Moon, a blend of movement, reflection, and ritual designed to help our community reconnect with themselves and each other.
