Reiki wasn’t something Amy expected to need, she thought it would just be another modality to offer clients. But Reiki became her best tool for healing and nourishing herself.

Healthy Hips & Back is BACK! ⛷️✨
We’re bringing back our seasonal favorite, a mobility-focused, spine-loving class with Paula Ashbaugh every Thursday at 4:30pm starting next week, December 11th!

If you’ve been pushing through aches, ignoring little twinges, or feeling the early-season ski legs… this class is your reset. Expect gentle range of motion work, hip + spine stability, core strengthening, and mindful yoga foundations perfect for all levels.

Join us for the next chapter of our Wintering Book Club, happening this weekend! Whether you joined us for Part I or not, everyone is welcome to cozy up in community and conversation.

We’ll be exploring the final chapters of Katherine May’s “Wintering”, diving into the quiet power of the January–March season. Expect space to slow down, reflect, and share. We’ll start with introductions, a journal prompt, and then open it up for discussion.

This event is free to attend! Come sip something warm, connect with your SOLmates, and give your winter a little more meaning.

Our newest Wellness Blog is all about finding balance, eating with the season, and giving yourself grace. From nourishing winter foods to mindful indulgence (yes to cookies, pie, and a glass of wine if you enjoy it), this post is your reminder that wellness is not about restriction. It’s about connection to nature, to community, and to yourself.
