We truly have so much to be thankful for here at The Waters.

First, to our incredible team — every CNA, nurse, dietary worker, and each person in between — thank you for everything you do to enhance the lives of our residents each and every day. Your dedication and heart never go unnoticed.

A special thank you to our Administrator and DON for leading with such care and compassion. We appreciate you more than words can say.

To our residents’ families, thank you for entrusting us with your loved ones. And to our wonderful residents — thank you for making each day brighter. We absolutely love having you with us!

Today, The Waters honors the brave men and women who have served our country and defended our freedoms. We are especially grateful and want to thank any of our team members or residents who are Veterans. Your commitment, sacrifice, and dedication continue to inspire us every day.

Today we’re taking a moment to show our appreciation for some very special people who help make The Waters of Dillsboro the amazing place it is! 💙

✨ First up — our incredible EVS team!
We recently celebrated , and we can’t thank them enough for keeping our building in tip-top shape. They even enjoyed a well-deserved Chipotle lunch! 🌯 What would we do without them? (We’re missing two team members in this photo, but we appreciate each and every one of you!) 🧹💪

✨ Next, a huge shoutout for ! Our very own Trina Hallgarth is the Jack of all trades! From supporting our team to sharing her knowledge and skills, Trina does it all — and we’re so blessed to have her! 🙌💼

✨ And for — A heartfelt thank-you to Erica Blevins (DON) and Sydney Cutter (ADON)! These two incredible leaders go above and beyond every single day — even teaching CNA classes! 👩‍⚕️📚 We’re truly blessed to have such dedicated women guiding our care team. 🫶
