Sometimes the best decisions are the ones you don't have time to overthink!
This small group strength series starts tomorrow (Feb 3) at 9am.
There is room for 3 more ladies and I'd love to have you be one of them.

I’m baccccck!!!! We’ve got one more week left in my little 6 week new year kick off. However don’t be sad because it’s going to continue. My ladies will tell you this was just the start. We’re going to set new goals and keep this going all year. Don’t feel like just because you missed those 6 weeks you’re not in it. I’m running a 4-week Beginner Strength Training Series, designed specifically for women who:

-Want to start strength training but aren’t sure where to begin
-Feel a little intimidated by big gyms
-Want friendly coaching, clear structure, and help with proper form
-Want to feel stronger and more confident in everyday life (stairs, lifting, carrying all the things)

Each class will focus on full-body strength, designed to meet you where you are.

Why Real. Simple. Fitness.?

I believe that physical fitness, along with good, real food are two aspects of self care that will lead to a healthier version of yourself, both physically and mentally. You will notice your daily chores getting easier as you become stronger, and your recreation becoming more enjoyable as you increase your endurance. Your mind will be rewarded with clarity and focus and you will feel a great sense of pride and accomplishment as you progress in your training. I continue to experience these things in my own life and look forward to working with you so that you do too.
