We are family owned AND operated in a residential neighborhood of Dilworth, MN. Serenity is comprised of two buildings across the street from each other. Our loving staff are personal care attendants who assist our ladies and gentlemen with cares, medications, bathing, cooking and cleaning. We have dedicated Wellness Coordinators who serve as "personal trainers" to each of our clients. Please go through our photo albums, there's never a dull moment around Serenity!

What a great way to end the last Thursday of April. We have Grub Club back on the schedule again after a little break. We all made our own Homemade Pizzas, bread sticks Ice Cream Cake dessert and special drinks. We all needed take home boxes. Now on to planning May Grub Club

Serenity turns TWENTY today!

Back in 2006, we had two residents, founders Tim Anderson and Elaine Anderson worked around the clock with their own apartment inside our 10 bed facility. We were cozy eating meals together around a single dining room table.

2026 and twenty years has brought insane challenges and triumphs:

- 73 Apartments; 3 Campuses
- Almost 500 residents
- Just shy of 1,000 employees
- Global pandemic

We believe in our "product" with our whole hearts. We are small, locally and privately owned. Instead of a corporate office, we are breaking bread with those who are our purpose, our residents and our team. All together with the same purpose, to help each CONTINUE their life's journey.

The evolution in the past two decades is astounding; quite often we are unsure how we survived. Thank you to our and supporters; for trusting us now or in the past with the most special people in your lives. From young preschoolers at Serenity Kids to the wise at Serenity Assisted Living & Memory Care, we thank you all for helping us get to 20 Years!

How could it be! Time for our monthly Girlfriends Gathering. Today we met at the East Campus with all 3 campus’s joining in the fun. Trivia testing their knowledge from the old day to meeting new and old friends. Door prizes and Lemon Raspberry Dessert was a hit to. We were busting at the seams with an amazing turnout. Thanks to those who helped and those that came.
