Did you know most “sugar-free” products are lying to you…?
Most people don’t 👀

Because your body isn’t reading the label, it’s responding to the chemistry.

Whether it’s:
• aspartame
• sucralose
• high fructose corn syrup
• agave nectar
• sugar alcohols

Your body can still:
→ spike insulin
→ increase cravings
→ disrupt gut health
→ keep you stuck in the cycle

So no… “sugar-free” doesn’t automatically mean better.

🌿 Patient experience

A patient came in struggling with constant migraines, often rating them around 6–7/10.

After her first CranioSacral Therapy session, she reported:

✨ her migraine dropping to about 2/10
