After, we will bring those philosophies to the mat. Root to them through powerful movement with a 30 minute Vinyasa. Bringing in mindful flow and evolve into a new sense of self.

Movement will vary from week to week—some examples include grounding classes, heart-opening classes, heat-building gentle vinyasa classes, yin classes, and combinations of these.
