🥿12:00PM Barre
Build strength, flexibility, and balance in this 45-minute barre class that combines ballet-inspired movements with strength training. Using the barre for support, you'll flow through small, controlled movements that target your core, legs, glutes, and arms. Expect to shake, lengthen, and tone as you work muscles you didn't know you had. All levels welcome—modifications provided to meet you where you are.
