Build strength, flexibility, and balance in this 45-minute barre class that combines ballet-inspired movements with strength training. Using the barre for support, you'll flow through small, controlled movements that target your core, legs, glutes, and arms. Bri had a great time at Lansing Public Schools Mental Health Conference for teens today. She facilitated 3 mindfulness, meditation and yoga sessions. She taught the students ways they could use mindfulness in their daily lives when feeling overwhelmed, stressed or also when having a hard time focusing. ❤️

Combines yoga postures, breath work, aromatherapy, and inspirational readings to help practitioners respond to rather than react to stress. Designed as beginner friendly. Movement will vary from week to week—some examples include grounding classes, heart-opening classes, heat-building gentle vinyasa classes, yin classes, and combinations of these.

30-minute class for children and their caregivers. Please sign-up just for your child. Caregivers who accompany children are free. Ages 0-10 welcome!
