This bouquet is for you.

For the version of you that almost didn’t.
That almost texted back.
Almost went back.
Almost believed the old story again.

For the nights you lay there staring at the ceiling,
negotiating with your own heart.
For the mornings you showed up anyway,
even when nothing inside you felt ready.

For setting the boundary.
