Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls

What is sound healing? Sound healing is a therapeutic application of sound frequencies to the body/mind of a person with the intention of bringing them into a state of harmony and health. Chakra tuned quartz crysta

l singing bowls remove negative and or blocked energies and emotions within the chakras, aura and the physical body. They relax, realign and balance the body, mind, heart and soul. Every organ, bone and cell in the body has it’s own frequency. Negative states of mind, stress and tension as well as daily life may cause disturbances in the natural flow of energy in and around our body’s energy system. Energies become disrupted causing blockages, which create dissonant vibrations as we become out of sync with our individual unique and natural rate of vibration and this overtime causes disease, stress, tension and disharmony to manifest. Internal and environment challenges can disrupt the body’s ability to bring itself back into balance, creating a situation where stress and fatigue are constant and cumulative. When the body is in a balanced harmony, the body is healthier and has the natural ability to deal with reasonable stress and can regenerate physically and mentally during sleep. Regular toning helps energize the body and restore health to the mind, body and spirit. Practicing mindfulness and awareness can help an individual focus the mind on a particular object, thought, activity, event, ect. Direct your attention away from negative kinds of thinking and engage with the world around you in a more positive perspective. Mindfulness and awareness while meditating is when you focus on being intensely aware of what you are seeing and feeling in the moment without interpretation or judgement. Every action we preform has a conscious or unconscious intention behind it. Sound carries our intention from us to another.

Serenity and Sound is the most serene way you can unwind, reset, and let go.

Serenity and sound is a lovely combination of the healing energy of reiki and a sound bath with quartz crystal bowls.

Mallory brings in the serenity with her intuitive gifts and the healing abilities she's had since childhood. Mallory is also a Reiki Master who has been working with traditional Usui reiki for almost 4 years, she also works with holy fire reiki, access bars, and utilizes shamanic tools, and teachings.

Samantha brings in the sound and grounding.
Sam is a certified Sound Healer who has been working with sound healing and it's beautiful vibrations for the last two years.
She is knowledgeable in releasing fascia and connecting with nature. She keeps us grounded and steady as we enter our journey of healing.
Samantha is also a certified Access Bars practioner ✨️
