The five forks parking is off of white oak rd. As soon as you turn on the road you will see the parking entrance

The August 10th hike will be at Five Forks Park. 9am,Meet at the small parking lot at the forks. This is a 6mile hike😁 Bring bug spray and water.

July’s hike was wonderful! Plenty of shade and a nice breeze on the Beaver Lake trail. Enjoyed the company as well☺️

July hike snuck up on me! Meet at church this Saturday at 9am and then we will head to Pocahontas park. Let me know if you plan on coming so we can know if we need van.

Got our June hike in at Five Forks. Was a good day for it!

We Goodwins were the only ones who came to the hike, so we switched gears and went to Five Forks trail:) We will try the Pocahontas trail for the July 6th hike.

Steak for lunch after church, so went with a light keto strawberry, spinach salad with homemade poppy seed dressing. Yum!
