We offer a variety of modalities in counseling, body work, and energy work. We also offer classes and seminars dedicated to improving health and well-being. We view each individual as a whole being, a complex and incredible system

of energy made of mind, body, and spirit. The mind is interactive - within it our thoughts, emotions, and ideas take form. The body is the outer shell of our being - our flesh and blood. The spirit gives the body its life force - guided by universal light. Energetically there is no separation between one's mind, body, and spirit; the three are intrinsically interconnected. Caring for each in an integrative and holistic manner leads to a more balanced life.
