To ensure we provide the best possible care to our residents, we have been concentrating on the professional growth of our nursing staff. Recently, we conducted a session for our nurses to complete their continuing education. Today, we were pleased to offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for the course "Nursing Leadership for Purposeful Communication and Documentation" to our staff. We are committed to supporting the development of our outstanding nurses.

Today we kicked off week 1 of our 4-week intergenerational program with students from Triton High School!

Residents and students spent the morning getting to know each other, sharing stories and enjoying some friendly competition over card games. It was wonderful to see the smiles, laughter, and connections being made between generations.

We are looking forward to the next three weeks and all the fun activities still to come. Thank you to the Triton students for spending time with our Residents and helping make the day so special! ♠️♥️

Today, our Residents got creative with a fun finger painting activity!

Each Resident added their own colorful handprint to our canvas, leaving their special mark here at Fairview forever. It was wonderful to see everyone laughing, creating, and expressing themselves through art. Every handprint tells a story and reminds us how each of our Residents help make our community such a special place. ❤️

Today we celebrated with a special Valentine’s Day Party, delicious mocktails, and crowning of our Valentine’s Day King and Queen! Howard Gransee and Shirley Buecksler! These two were chosen for the kindness, warmth, and smiles they share with everyone each day. They truly help make our community feel like home.
