✨ Dear Beloved Clients ✨

I wanted to share a personal update with you all. I will be having rotator cuff surgery on February 12th and will be taking 12 weeks to fully recover so I can come back strong, healthy, and ready to give you my very best.

In the meantime, I’ve received an injection that is allowing me to continue my work without pain, and I’m so grateful to be able to keep showing up for you during this period.

I am already counting down the days until May, when I’ll be back with a fully healed shoulder and renewed energy. I truly cannot wait to see each of you again and get my hands back to doing what I love—helping you feel your best.

Thank you for your continued love, understanding, and support. It means more to me than you know 💜

What an amazing weekend of learning the John Barnes approach to Myofascial Release!
