Right now, my focus is on rest, recovery, and doing everything I need to come back stronger, healthier, and pain-free. I already can’t wait to return to the work I love and to see each of your familiar faces back on my table again.

✨ Dear Beloved Clients ✨

I wanted to share a personal update with you all. I will be having rotator cuff surgery on February 12th and will be taking 12 weeks to fully recover so I can come back strong, healthy, and ready to give you my very best.

In the meantime, I’ve received an injection that is allowing me to continue my work without pain, and I’m so grateful to be able to keep showing up for you during this period.

I am already counting down the days until May, when I’ll be back with a fully healed shoulder and renewed energy. I truly cannot wait to see each of you again and get my hands back to doing what I love—helping you feel your best.

Thank you for your continued love, understanding, and support. It means more to me than you know 💜

What an amazing weekend of learning the John Barnes approach to Myofascial Release!

For those who are unfamiliar; Myofascial Release is a gentle, hands-on technique that helps relieve tension in the fascia — the thin layer of connective tissue that surrounds your muscles. When this tissue gets tight or restricted, it can cause pain, stiffness, or limited movement. I use slow, sustained pressure to help release those restrictions, improve mobility, and reduce discomfort.
