Do you get a Staff Appreciation Parade where you work? 🥳🙌

CrestRidge has the BEST residents, which makes for a phenomenal work environment! Yesterday, folks lined the hallways to cheer and thank our staff members for all they do. At the end of the parade was a table of snacks and drinks for them! It was the POWER HOUR for staff!! 💕

These folks are truly young at heart! We could learn a thing or two from them. 😊 To celebrate Halloween, they played a guessing game. In a mystery bag labeled Slime and Eyeballs, they had to guess what food item was in the bag. There were lots of laughs! At the party on Friday, they pumpkin bowled, played ghost blaster with Nerf guns and ring around the Orange Crush! And of course they had some yummy treats of their own. The kiddos can't have them all!
