Urgent Care: M-F, 5 pm to 10 pm; Weekends

We are a non-profit community healthcare organization, comprised of a 22-bed hospital, 44-bed Nursing and Rehab Center, and physician clinics, run by a volunteer board of directors. The members of the Board of Directors represent the many communities we serve. Any profits made by Upland Hills Health go back into the organization to improve services and care.
