If your toddler is asking for a snack… for the third time in the last hour... we see you. 😅
Simple snacks using foods you already have can help fill the gaps between meals without a lot of prep. A few easy snack ideas:
✔️ Apple slices with peanut butter
✔️ Yogurt with fruit
✔️ Tortilla cheese roll up
Bonus: These are all WIC-approved foods, making it a little easier to keep simple, filling options on hand when hunger strikes (again).
