"I did the Pranayama Class on Saturday after a long time. I haven't been able to do much for the last few months because of an injury, travelling, visitors, etc. I forgot how great this class was. Most places just do a couple of Pranayama exercises. Aditya, the complete sequence you have put together is really amazing! I know you have tried other, shorter sequences for us to do when we don't have enough time, but they are not the same. Every time I do the Pranayama Class it takes me to a higher place. Thank you for providing us this amazing experience that we probably won't find anywhere else. Thank you, Anabell! 🙏 We are also blessed to have students like you. Pranayama or Yogic breathing exercises have tremendous benefits. Now more than ever, we need to keep our lungs healthy. We are glad to see that you are continuing your practice after attending our Pranayama Course.
Even though we're still continuing with virtual classes, it is great that we can still provide a similar experience as in-person classes. We are hoping that we can all practice in-person soon!
