Emma captured here in Upward Facing Bow (Urdhva Dhanurasana) - a powerful heart-opening posture that strengthens arms, legs, and spine while deeply stretching the chest, lungs, and hip flexors. This pose requires significant strength, flexibility, and focus to safely lift the torso, opening the heart, stimulating vitality, and helping counter feelings of depression.
