Happy Nurse Practitioner Week

Jeff Cook is an excellent CRNP. Even after getting good results on a recent stress test, he decided to have me get a CT scan because I had been having shortness of breath. This test indicated significant blockage in two arteries of my heart. Thank you, Jeff, for always taking every precaution!
