"I am excited to share that I am coming to Dothan Alabama and offering a basic level class in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) in April 2026!

Hi, I am Trish Adams, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with over 20 years of experience in the field. I opened my private practice 10 years ago, and knew I needed to become well-versed in treating trauma. I received training in other trauma treatment
methods, but I didn't achieve the results I do with ART. I became a trainer in 2023 because I am passionate about spreading this therapy to everyone, because we all know there is so much trauma people are experiencing in our world today. I have trained hundreds of therapists just like you who left the training with the confidence and skills to begin using ART right away in their practices.

ART is an evidence based therapy which is used in some of the most prestigious institutions. I learned ART in 2018 and have used it with great success to treat clients not only with trauma histories but also, depression, anxiety, OCD and more! After the three day training you will have all of the knowledge you need to begin using ART right away, and my personal goal is to boost your confidence to do just that. I have completed my basic training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy! This therapy is designed to replace negative images in the mind that cause stress. Nightmares and intrusive thoughts have been shown to stop in as little as *one* session! ART can also be a helpful tool for things like OCD, Eating Disorders, Generalized Anxiety Disorders, grief, and even depression. This is also perfect from anyone who is experiencing PTSD.
