On this rainy day, Mrs. Paige wants to remind everyone about the importance of taking care of ourselves!
Self-care can look different for everyone, and does not have to be expensive, elaborate, or planned in advance. Take advantage of the time you have, even if it’s only 10-15 min 🙌🏻.
Below are some suggestions for taking care of yourself that you can do without ever leaving the comfort of your home. Your mental health will thank you! 😊 👏🏻
• read a book (even a few pages) 📖
• drink a cup of coffee (our personal fave) ☕️
• journal your thoughts 🖊️
• take a nap 😴
• call a friend for a chat 📞
• ask a family member for a hug 🤗
• take a walk outside ☀️
• listen to music 🎶
