Cleaning services can generally be broken down into three different categories: surface, deep, and sanitizing.

*Surface Cleaning focuses on visible dirt and grime, such as dusting furniture or vacuuming a carpet. This type of cleaning does not target bacteria or germs but rather is focused on making surfaces look and feel clean.

*Deep Cleaning takes surface cleaning one step further by tackling hard-to-reach areas that require more effort to clean. It involves scrubbing with detergents and disinfectants, as well as using steamers to kill germs in carpets and upholstery. Deep Cleaning can also include polishing floors, removing Mold & Mildew, pressure washing driveways and siding, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and much more.

*Sanitizing goes beyond the regular surface or deep cleaning by killing germs, bacteria, fungi, viruses, and other microorganisms. This type of cleaning focuses on eliminating germs.

Coustodian Appreciation Day,
The most important part of our job is to clean that which can’t be seen. The surfaces must be disinfected to prevent the spread of illness, the allergens removed from the carpet and the air, the trash cans and chairs placed neatly out of the way and the stinky trash removed to the dumpster. These are the jobs that often go unnoticed, yet, when not completed, they are truly missed.
On this Coustodian Appreciation day, I’d like to say thank you to all Custodians around the world and especially to those at Moore Than Clean LLC.

Scripture speaks of God as our great protector (Ps. 91), and God uses janitors to shield us from many things that would harm us. In each room, especially places like bathrooms, there are viruses and bacteria that could harm us, even kill us. When janitors pull the trigger on a spray bottle of bleach, they are embarking on chemical warfare against the germs that would make us sick and take our lives. By keeping us from getting sick, janitors contribute to the work of every industry.

A doctor cannot diagnose, a teacher cannot teach, and an architect cannot design when they curled up at home, under the attack of Salmonella or E.Coli.
