This role is the first impression of our clinic, so we are looking for someone who is:

✔ Friendly and welcoming
✔ Organized and detail oriented
✔ Comfortable handling payments and scheduling
✔ Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Professional and dependable

Responsibilities include:
• Greeting and checking in patients
• Scheduling appointments
• Processing payments at checkout
• Assisting the clinical team as needed
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming front desk area

Experience in medical office, spa, or customer service is preferred but not required for the right person.
