The Wellness Center at CRMC

The Wellness Center at CRMC The W.C. is a family-friendly gym and cardiac rehab facility open to the community. We offer a variety of optional services for members and guests.

Our professional staff are happy to help anytime. We are open 24/7 to our members. The Wellness Center was developed to improve the health and quality of life for the entire community through the efforts of the CRMC Foundation fundraising committee. Our facility provides a non-intimidating fitness environment supplemented by educational resources. The Wellness Center is equipped with circuit stren

gth training equipment to provide a full body workout for the major muscle groups as well as dumbbells and barbells, treadmills, crosstrainers, bikes, and steppers. Your membership at the CRMC Wellness Ceneter includes a Health Profile/Evaluation, Fitness Consultations, Fitlinxx Computerized Personal Training Program, Complimentary Group Fitness Classes, and the expertise of Degreed Exercise Physiologist, Certified Instructors and Tained Wellness Coaches.
