Work Workout Hazard 💥
You know that little window between clients when you think, “I’ve got time for a quick workout”?
So you sneak in a walk around the block.
Maybe a few squats...🏋♀️
Maybe some lunges down the hallway like you’re training for the Massage Therapist Olympics.
The only problem… you’re still wearing your work pants.
And everything seems fine.
Until one day… it’s not.
Because apparently work pants have a squat limit.😳
And when you exceed that limit…
they file for immediate resignation.
Usually with a dramatic RIIIP in a very inconvenient location.🤫
Let’s just say…
there are occupational hazards they don’t cover in massage school.
But hey — if the choices are:
A) stay stiff all day
or
B) risk blowing out a pair of pants while trying to stay strong and mobile…
I guess I’ll keep the lunges.
I might just start keeping a backup pair of pants on hand. 😆
