This workshop is for you.

If your mind feels busy, you get restless sitting still, or meditation has always felt intimidating or confusing — you’re not alone. Meditation isn’t about stopping your thoughts or doing it perfectly. It’s a skill you can learn.

In this gentle, beginner-friendly 2-hour workshop, you’ll be guided through simple, accessible meditation practices designed for real life. No experience required. Chairs and floor options available. Movement and choice are always welcome.

✨ You’ll learn:
• What meditation actually is (and what it’s not)
• How to work with distraction, restlessness, or sleepiness
• Three simple meditation practices you can use at home
• How to build a practice that feels supportive, not stressful

This is a trauma-aware, pressure-free space — perfect for beginners, the curious, and anyone craving a little more calm and clarity.
