Important conversations are happening around women’s health, menopause, and mental wellness and I’m grateful to have been part of one of them.

I had the pleasure of sharing about holistic living, plant-based nourishment, and ways women can support their bodies during perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.

As women, many of us are navigating hormonal changes, stress, inflammation, and shifting energy levels. What we nourish our bodies with during these seasons truly matters.

Thankful to the Luxurious Sisters of the Leaf for creating a space where women could come together, learn, and support one another.
