For over 117 years Three Pillars Senior Living Communities has been meeting the social, physical, and spiritual needs of older adults. We offer a full continuum of care on our 300-acre campus, which is nestled on the edge of the Kettle Moraine State Forest in Dousman, WI. Everywhere you go!

Thanks to the incredible help of our merry band of volunteers, Three Pillars is officially dressed up for a holly jolly Christmas—and it looks fantastic!

A huge, heart-warming shout-out to our holiday heroes:

- Hartland Arrowhead DECA and VOS Residents – for bringing the sparkle to Village
on the Square.
- Generac Employees – for decking the halls of MCHR, Riverside Lodge, and the
Wellness Connection with festive cheer.
- Oconomowoc High School Students – for transforming Compass Point into a winter
wonderland.

Our residents at RSL and MCHR recently enjoyed time together with fun holiday-themed activities. Folks at RSL made AMAZING BRACELETS (ooh la la), then joined MCHR friends for a BINGO PARTY. Check out the awesome stash of prizes for the lucky winners - all of them were winners, of course!

Join us for a captivating program exploring the extraordinary women who helped shape Milwaukee’s history. Historian, author, and Forest Home Cemetery docent Anita Pietrykowski will share stories of trailblazers Mabel Watson Raimey, Elizabeth Plankinton, Alice Chester, and many more who helped influence medicine, philanthropy, social change, and community development.

Time: Lunch at 11:15am | Presentation at 12:30pm

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD A HUGE SUCCESS!

Last month, residents and staff at Village on the Square packed a record number of boxes to support Samaritan’s Purse – Operation Christmas Child. A total of 102 boxes filled with clothing, toys, and more were packed and sent to children in need around the world.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to everyone who donated items, filled the boxes, contributed funds for shipping, and more. Your generosity made this effort a tremendous success!

RINGING THE BELL WITH HEART!

Last Friday, Three Pillars showed up in full force to support the Salvation Army—and we couldn't be prouder! Residents, staff, and members of the Glen L. Humphrey Masonic Lodge bundled up, put on their biggest smiles, and rang the bell from sunrise to sundown at Pick ’n Save in Wales and Fleet Farm and Metro Market in Oconomowoc.

They greeted shoppers, spread holiday cheer, and shared little treats with kids of all ages—all to make a difference for families in need this season.

KNITTING AND CROCHETING GROUP DONATES TO PEOPLE IN NEED

The Knitting and Crocheting Group of Three Pillars Senior Living Communities recently had 33 boxes of hats, mittens, and scarves delivered to local non-profit organizations. The group works throughout the year on various projects and this one is special because it touches the lives of people in need at Hebron Housing Services - Waukesha, Hope Center Inc., Oconomowoc and Kettle Moraine Food Pantry, and Lake Area Free Clinic.

"We hope you'll find warmth, not only through use of the enclosed hats, scarves, and mittens, but also in the T.L.C. we put into making these items for you," the group wrote in a letter accompanying each box.

LOVE LIGHTS SHINES BRIGHTLY

Love Lights once again brought warmth and togetherness to Three Pillars Senior Living Communities this holiday season. We extend a sincere thank you to our Love Lights sponsors and everyone who joined us December 4 for our annual Tree Lighting Ceremony at the Wellness Connection. The weather was brisk, but it didn’t stop us from gathering outdoors for a brief, beautiful, and joy-filled lighting of the tree.

Thanks to the generosity of our community, we raised more than $17,000 to support cherished Three Pillars programs and our Staff Appreciation Fund.

A special thank you goes to Pastor Terese Leonard for leading our dedication; the Village on the Square Resident Choir for singing carols; and Mr. and Mrs. Claus for bringing holiday cheer. We were also proud to honor our recreation services team—Melissa Gibbs, Olivia Gallardo, Julie Klumb, and Megan Manne—who were nominated to “flip the switch” and illuminate this year’s Love Lights tree.

At Three Pillars Senior Living Communities, we believe every milestone deserves to be celebrated in style! Three times a year, our most distinguished residents—those 90 years young and beyond—come together for a special gathering filled with laughter, music, stories, and camaraderie.

Most recently, we welcomed our newest members into this exclusive club with a golden mug—a small, but meaningful, symbol of their remarkable journey.
