We offer a full continuum of care on our 300-acre campus, which is nestled on the edge of the Kettle Moraine State Forest in Dousman, WI. The weather is getting warmer and our residents are getting ready to celebrate Easter! They were joined by students from Augustine Academy to create needle felt Easter eggs.

Needle felting is a craft that uses notched needles to sculpt wool into shapes and designs. Bright colors and time well spent with friends is the perfect way to welcome back spring!

As a mission first organization, we take immense pride in the work we do for our residents, staff, and surrounding community. The goal of our annual Community Benefit Report is to share what we have done over the past year. Whether you are already familiar with Three Pillars, or just hearing of us for the first time, we invite you to take a look at what we accomplished in 2025.

Our report includes, but is not limited to, these fantastic numbers:
- 14,139 hours of volunteers' service
- 1,975 meals on wheels
- 354 total employees
- 112 staff members from Dousman and Oconomowoc areas
- 60 high school students working on campus
