We offer a full continuum of care on our 300-acre campus, which is nestled on the edge of the Kettle Moraine State Forest in Dousman, WI. THREE PILLARS GETS PERFECT SCORES FROM STATE!

Three Pillars Senior Living Communities is proud to announce its Assisted Living Communities—Riverside Lodge Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Compass Point Catered Assisted Living—have received deficiency-free recertification surveys from the Wisconsin Department of Health and Human Services.

“This outstanding result is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and exceptional care provided by our entire team,” said Natalie Miko, Executive Director of Healthcare Services. “It reflects our ongoing commitment to providing a safe, compassionate, and enriching environment for all residents.”

Special congratulations go to Natalie Miko, Jodi Cigelske, Jackie Lorenzen, Jennifer Graf, Mary Medina, and the entire Riverside Lodge Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Compass Point teams for their exceptional performance.

Three Pillars also extends appreciation to the Environmental Services and Housekeeping teams for their commitment to cleanliness and safety, and to the Human Resources team for ensuring staff training and compliance excellence.

FALLING IN LOVE WITH OUR CAMPUS

Some prefer the warmth and sunshine of summer, others the snow-filled wonderland of activities Wisconsin winters afford. Alas, spring is an annual favorite, breathing new life and a wondrous buzz into everything the sun touches.

Then there's fall. For a brief few weeks, we're treated to fantastic burnt reds and vibrant oranges, see-through yellows, and peculiar pinks.

With 300 acres of nature in constant flux and fervor, our campus is always a sight to behold - every month of the year. Enjoy these fall pics...then come see them for yourself before they're gone!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN FROM THREE PILLARS!

It was quite the festive day at Three Pillars Senior Living Communities with ghouls, witches, and goblins of all sorts roaming the campus. Raucous parties took place at Holz Pavilion and the RSL Community Room with residents, staff, and visitors donning their best (and for one, a "bikini") looks.

Residents also had the chance to once again vote for the best staff-designed pumpkin! We're still tallying the votes, but we've got a hunch about which ones will be in the top three.

THE MAIN GHOUL: BREW A CAULDRON OF FUN!

Residents, staff, and community members got their Halloween on early with a Witches & Warlocks Luncheon last Friday at Village on the Square.

Elaborate costumes to sparkling accessories, eerily-good food and drinks to dance-inducing live music, the packed party was the perfect way to celebrate with ghouls and guys alike.

Thanks to our amazing staff for concocting and delivering on an incredible menu, which included spider web pumpkin soup, purple mashed potatoes, baby back ribs, and spooky pistachio pudding complete with worms and eyeballs.

Happy Halloween from all our witches and warlocks at Three Pillars!

KM PUMPKINS BRIGHTENING OUR CAMPUS!

HUGE SMILES were delivered to our campus from students and staff at Kettle Moraine Middle School last week via a bevy of pumpkins with hand-written notes! Our staff and residents love seeing the artful display. Most of all, we love our partnership with Kettle Moraine School District and the intergenerational joy it brings our entire community.

A SPOOKTACULAR HALLOWEEN ON MAIN!

Three Pillars Senior Living Communities was proud to sponsor and take part in Dousman Area Chamber of Commerce's annual spooktacular Halloween on Main last Saturday. Resident volunteers offered chili tastings inside the village hall as part of the chili contest while staff members assisted with the very popular horse-drawn carriage rides up and down Main St.

Thanks to the chamber, member businesses, volunteers, vendors, and everyone who once again made this annual event such a success!

GREAT SCOTT! VOS RESIDENTS GO BACK IN TIME!

What do the "Back to the Future" DeLorean, "Ghostbusters" Ecto-1, a "Star Wars" landspeeder, the "Beverly Hillbillies" Model 46, and the "Blues Brothers" Bluesmobile have in common? They’re all part of the jaw-dropping collection at the Volo Museum in Illinois — and our residents got to see them up close!

From classic Model T’s to Hollywood legends, our residents had an unforgettable time exploring the exhibits, sharing stories, and reliving memories. Judging by the smiles in the photos, it was a trip through time they won’t soon forget!

FEELING HOPPY AT THE THREE PILLARS OKTOBERFEST SUPPER CLUB!

Residents from Village on the Square and Compass Point gathered for this month’s Supper Club, where the theme was all things Oktoberfest!

The evening kicked off with happy hour and appetizers—because what’s an Oktoberfest without a little pre-festivity? Guests came ready with a hearty “Guten Appetit!” and enjoyed a mouth-watering meal handcrafted by our talented executive chefs.

Between bites and belly laughs, the crowd clapped, sang, and danced along to the lively tunes of “Little Bit of Heaven.” It was a night brimming with joy, music, and good company—truly the wurst way to spend an evening! Prost!
