Scheduled Maintenance for Prescription Refill Phone Line

Attention Valued Patients,
Please be advised that our Pharmacy prescription refill phone line will be temporarily unavailable due to a scheduled system update.

Downtime Window:
• Date: Wednesday, January 28, 2026
• Time: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM EST
During this two-hour window, you will not be able to request refills or check the status of your prescriptions via the phone system.

Alternative Refill Option:
While the phone line is down, please use our online MHS GENESIS Patient Portal Web Refill website:
https://tricare.mil/mhsgenesisrxrefills

Normal service will resume at 5:00 PM. Thank you for your understanding.

You can now use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to request refills for most prescriptions from your military pharmacy. This new feature, which began Feb. 29, 2024, applies to your existing medications that have remaining refills.

MEDICAL GROUP SCHEDULE UPDATE – CHRISTMAS EVE CLOSURE

Attention Medical Group Beneficiaries,
Due to the 18 December Executive Order establishing Christmas Eve as a Federal Holiday, the clinic will be closed on both Wednesday 24 December and Thursday 25 December.

Temporary Service Adjustments:
• MTF Closure – December 24th (Christmas Eve)

See below for additional options should you require care during MTF closures.
• Urgent Care Centers: You can visit any TRICARE-authorized urgent care facility in your network. Non-active-duty beneficiaries do not need a referral for urgent care.

• Nurse Advice Line: Available 24/7, the Military Health System (MHS) Nurse Advice Line connects you with registered nurses who can assess your symptoms and recommend the best course of action.

• Website: https://mhsnurseadviceline.com/home for web or video chat.
• Emergency Rooms: For life-threatening conditions, please go to the nearest emergency room or call 911 immediately.
