A couple of things to know about cupping massage:

1.Cupping allows me to work deeper into the muscle tissue quicker. 5 minutes of cupping is about equal to 15 minutes of deep tissue (usually with less aches and pains after)

2. The big circle bruising does not need to occur to get the effects of the massage. Cups do not need to stay in one place, they can be always in motion

3. Cupping massage not only helps relax muscles, but it can help with chronic pain
