Home Care includes: IADL and ADL assistance (pop over to our blog to see more about the difference!) including errands, transportation, cooking, light housekeeping, bathing, dressing and hygiene. Home Health includes: Assistance with transfers (hoyer lift, sit-to-stand), complex care, Physician-prescribed things including but not limited to things such as wound care, medication management and administration, IV infusions, and PEG Tube feedings.
