We meant to post this yesterday on 4/1 but were pretty busy. We are proud to announce that TME Training has acquired a fully armed A-10. The aircraft will be used to send AED inspection reminders via low level attack. If you are not inspecting your AED every 30 days, you will have a choice of either 500 lb bomb or 200 rounds of 30mm as a friendly reminder. Thank you for your attention in this matter, and happy belated April fool’s!

National Napping Day!! What an adult fail because I didn't know this and didn't take advantage of it!

National Napping Day is actually celebrated the Monday after Daylight Saving Time begins—which is today—because everyone lost an hour of sleep. The idea is to encourage people to recover with a nap.

You still have time today though! 😴

Here are the officially approved nap guidelines (so you can still redeem the day):

Best Nap Lengths
• 10–20 minutes: Quick refresh, boosts alertness
• 30 minutes: Helps creativity but may feel groggy
• 60 minutes: Helps memory
• 90 minutes: Full sleep cycle, best for recovery

Best Time:
Between 1:00–3:00 PM when your body naturally dips in energy.

So technically… if you sneak in a 20-minute power nap later today, you can still say you celebrated. 😉

Honestly Katherine , between running TME Training, teaching CPR classes, keeping Johnny in line, traveling, and building half the projects you come up with, you probably deserve a National Napping Week. 😆

❤️ February is Heart Disease Awareness Month ❤️

As instructors and business owners, our mission is simple:

“Empower people with the skills to save lives.”

This month, I’ve also made it my mission to empower people with knowledge.

We’ve handed out Women’s Heart Disease Awareness pins and flyers. We’ve had random conversations in restaurants and stores because people asked about the shirts I’ve been wearing. And every one of those conversations matters.

💬 Awareness saves lives.
💬 Education saves lives.
💬 Conversations save lives.

Here’s your challenge:

Take a few extra minutes out of your day to share what you know. Start the conversation. Answer the questions. Wear the shirt. Hand out the flyer.

Women often have different heart attack symptoms than men, and too many women ignore the warning signs.

Let’s change that.

Challenge accepted. ❤️

Heart disease is the #1 cause of death in women — and the signs aren’t always obvious.

⚠️ Common warning signs in women include:
• Chest pressure or discomfort
• Shortness of breath
• Unusual or extreme fatigue
• Nausea or vomiting
• Pain in the jaw, neck, back, or arm
• Dizziness or lightheadedness
• Cold sweats

🚨 Trust your body.
