Miss Ivy came into the office today for the first time to help mama. All clients got free doggy cuddles with their massages. 🐶 💆‍♀️

I've never tried Qigong but saw this video and felt called to try it, so I did! I love trying different energy and movement practices and seeing how each one feels. This was a short gentle practice but felt very grounding and I instantly smiled and felt better afterwards. I don't know much about Qigong but look forward to learning more about it.
