The Healing Haven, LLC The Healing Haven, LLC is your one stop shop for everything natural health! My name is Carissa Cleveland. This is where my first-hand learning journey began.

I live in Dover, Ohio with my wonderful husband Scott and two beautiful sons, Nicholas & Andrew. I have had type 1 diabetes since I was one year old so taking care of my health has always been a priority in my life. I went to college to become a teacher and thoroughly enjoyed my years in the classroom. I taught in inner city Dayton, OH, Raleigh, NC and Dover, OH. In 2012, upon moving from NC to OH, I unknowingly moved into a home riddled with toxic mold. My health slowly deteriorated and doctors could not figure out what was wrong with me. I had over 31 symptoms and was slowly diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Lupus, POTS, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lyme Disease, pernicious anemia, Mast Cell Activation Disorder, Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, thyroid and adrenal issues, hormonal imbalances, and the list goes on. At the same time, my oldest son Nick, who lived in this home from ages 1-5 years old, was experiencing symptoms of autism, debilitating anxiety, sensory processing issues, and PANS/PANDAS. During this trying time, I became bedbound, but because I was not getting answers from conventional medicine doctors, I began to read and research on my own. I switched to holistic medicine doctors and learned more, although no one could point to the toxic mold in my home being the culprit for my sickness. The more I didn’t get answers, the harder I researched. Looking back, I know this happened for a reason as it was preparing me for something big- The Healing Haven, LLC! There are no coincidences, at least in my book. I was able to fully heal from my diagnoses, so was my son, and so can you! Our bodies are wonderfully and fearfully made, and it is amazing what can happen when you assist its complex intricacies. I am here to help you heal, too! For years, I have been health coaching others out of the goodness of my heart, and I have seen firsthand how I’m able to make a difference in people’s lives. It’s my goal to reach more people and help them understand how they can assist their body’s functioning through the use of herbs, homeopathy, detox, energetic and sound frequencies, a clean environment, and removal of emotional baggage and trapped emotions. Our bodies become sick in many ways, and often we forget about the emotional and spiritual aspects of health and well-being. It’s this combination of healing that truly makes all the difference. I am living proof that our bodies can and will heal. I hope that you’ll let me teach you here at The Healing Haven that your body will do amazing things when you use the proper tools. 📢 Teaching children to NOT show their emotions is something that will eventually catch up to them. Trapped emotions are real, they can trap anywhere in the body, and they CAN and WILL lead to physical symptoms. 🫣

Teach your children that it’s okay to cry. 😢 It’s okay to feel rejected, sad, and confused sometimes. And that you will always be there to support them on the good days and the not-so-good days. 🌈It’s all about perspective and reaction. ✨

If you are uncomfortable, reach for homeopathy instead. Belladonna, arnica, and oscillococcinum are all great choices. I also sell a NET flu remedy here that is AMAZING !
