Meet Nicole! 🪴
Nicole is leading a new yoga class with us here at In Motion! Join her for an all-levels, Slow Flow class on Tuesdays 6-7pm, starting May 12th.
This class is a chance to slow down, unwind, and move with intention. It blends gentle stretching and strengthening while connecting breath to movement, helping you build a deeper mind-body connection. With plenty of variations offered, you can meet your body exactly where it is and make the practice your own.

“I’m an occupational therapist, yoga teacher, and someone who simply loves to move. I bring all of these elements into my yoga practice, creating flows that are dynamic, creative, and fun. My goal is to help you build strength, improve flexibility and stability, and enjoy a practice that feels accessible, supportive, and good in your body.”
