My Coaching Journey...

...is not one of hitting rock bottom or ending up in a hospital somewhere on my death bed. It is a story of impatience. It is a story of becoming fed up with where I was and making the choice to change. My career as a singer in NYC was going nowhere due to recurring vocal issues. I was always “trying to lose just 5 more pounds” (because I was always 'too big' in my own head). Exhausted. Unfit. Flirting with a problem with alcohol. In and out of unsteady unfulfilling relationships.

I was living the young performer's lifestyle!
