Great Bay Services returns to Special Olympics New Hampshire 👏

These athletes have been training hard the past few months in preparation for this past Saturday's Special Olympics New Hampshire State Bowling Tournament 🎳

Thank you to everyone who played a special role in making this goal a reality for our members, including Special Olympics New Hampshire, Exeter Bowling Lanes, Exeter(NH) Police Department, New Hampshire State Police, our GBS families, and local community partners! We are so grateful for all your support 🙌

What better day to host our 2025 Friendsgiving than ? 🦃

Yesterday, we brought our Great Bay Services community together at Shaker Hill Bakery and Catering to celebrate another year of impact and to recognize our members, community partners, and volunteer sites who make it all possible!

Thank you to everyone who came out and shared such thoughtful words, and to Shaker Hill Bakery and Catering for the delicious meal and a true sense of community 🍽️

A special shoutout to our recognized volunteer site, Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge, our community partners, Seacoast Oldies and Sanford Springvale YMCA, and our individual partner and advocate, Ron Vigue, for their support, presence, and partnership this year.

We were proud to honor two members with the Volunteer of the Year Award for their outstanding hours, and one member with the Step Up Award for their remarkable growth and dedication in the Volunteer Program 👏

Since launching our Volunteer Program in 2021, our members have logged over 10,000 volunteer hours in local communities! We're grateful to all of our volunteer sites and partners for helping make that impact real.

Here's to another year of giving back to the community that supports our mission so heavily💙

We're still feeling the last of the Halloween spirit from our recent volunteer visit to Southern Maine Agency on Aging last week 🎃

Our members had such a great time decorating pumpkins, joining in on festive activities, and getting creative together!

We're always amazed by the innovative ideas and welcoming energy from the Southern Maine Agency on Aging team. Thank you for making every visit such a fun and meaningful experience 💚

Our members had an incredible time cheering on the UNH Women's Hockey team 👏 What an exciting match!

A huge thank you to the UNH Wildcats for generously donating tickets and giving our group the chance to experience such a fun and energetic day together. We loved every minute and can't wait to cheer you on again soon! 🐾🥅

A huge thank you to the Dover Public Library for hosting such a wonderful weekly All Abilities Club! This program is all about providing an inclusive social space that inspires creativity, connection, and belonging. We're so grateful to the incredible Dover Public Library team for their kindness and dedication!

As the Dover Public Library undergoes exciting renovations, the All Abilities Club is hosted temporarily at Great Bay Services in Dover, and we've absolutely loved having the chance to welcome this fantastic initiative into our space.

It's been such a joy to see our members and the surrounding community come together to share ideas, create, and connect! ✨👐
