Davenshire Medical Center

Davenshire Medical Center Welcome to Davenshire Medical Center's Facebook! This page is strictly for informational uses. Thank you for visiting our page! Dr. Melissa Baylor, D.O. Degree.

Davenshire Medical Center currently has two board certified physicians in the practice [Dr. Gary Czulada & Dr. Melissa Baylor]. We also have a Nurse Practitioner, Amy Potter. Our providers are affiliated with both York and Memorial Hospital, giving our patients the fastest care when sending for tests or referring to a specialist in the area. Appointments are scheduled during the following office hours:
Monday: 8am-7pm
Tuesday: 7am-7pm
Wednesday: 7am-7pm
Thursday: 8am-5pm
Friday: 8am-4pm

In emergency situations, after hours, an on call doctor is always available and will return your calls as quickly as possible. It is important to your health to choose a primary care provider where you share a bond of mutual respect and trust. Having this bond ensures that you are getting the best care, treatment, and availability for your lifestyle. It is also important to know some basic information about the clinician before choosing them to be your primary care provider. We believe in providing this information to our patients in order to aid in their provider selection. We also encourage patients to ask questions regarding the providers, to better assist in the selection process. Patients are also able to have an initial visit with a provider to decide if the clinician and their team are a good match for you. In choosing a provider, you will also have an entire care team available for assistance. This care team consists of nursing staff, schedulers, and other supporting team members. The care team will be readily available for healthcare needs. Below are some short biographies on each of our providers to further assist in a selection. About the doctors:

Our hearts go out to the officers and their families, along with everyone touched by yesterday’s tragic event. As a community, it’s time to come together to show our support. A donation jar will be set up at concessions for anyone who would like to contribute cash or gift cards to help the families during this difficult time.

09/18/2025

We are deeply saddened by the loss felt throughout our community and want to extend our heartfelt support to police officers and their families during this difficult time. We sincerely thank all officers for their continued service and dedication to keeping our communities safe.

From now through Sunday, we’re offering a free meal (sandwich, drink, and side) to our friends in blue as a small token of our gratitude and solidarity. If not in uniform, we ask that you show your badge to redeem this offer.

πŸ’™Our thoughts are with the officers, their families, and everyone affected.

Retirement is taking another one of the Davenshire long-haulers! 😭

Liz is ending the year with her farewell to the work life & saying hello to freedom πŸ˜†

Liz has been a permanent fixture in our office for at least 25 years!
Her main focus has always been billing, but it's likely that you've seen her floating around various spots in the office.
She may not admit it, but we know she enjoys a good challenge!
In her billing position, she has tackled all of the headaches from insurance companies, she has aided patients to guide them through their billing concerns, & she has been a teacher to all of us too.
She is the go-to person when we have questions, so we're keeping her number on speed dial!

Many many patients & their families in this community have gotten to know Liz & we will all miss her dearly.

She's got big plans for the future to travel & live her best life, so even though we are sad to see her go, we wish her all the best! πŸ’›πŸ’›

If you're coming to the office within the next few days and would like to donate some toys, our boxes are still out!

They never provide a definite pick-up date, but they typically pick up the boxes in mid-December.

New, unwrapped toys are much appreciated πŸ˜„
