Shorecare of Delaware Shorecare offers in-home health care from hourly visits to 24/7, or live-in care services.

Our dedicated staff consist of RNs, CNA’s, HHA’s, and Companion Services. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate, reliable and exceptional care. Shorecare consists of Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides and Companion caregivers. The care that Shorecare provides includes but not limited; personal care, household duties, companion and sitter services. Shorecare also educates all their caregivers on Alzheimer’s and Dementia care due to the increase of support individuals and families are requiring. Shorecare manages every case on an individual basis, creating specialized care plans that are designed by our Register Nurses specifically for their clients and/or their loved one. Our home care plans ultimately improve not only the patient’s quality of life, but the family’s as well, by providing innovative solutions from 1hr per day to 24/7 around the clock care, for improved overall health and well-being
