In about 10 days.
I lost 13 lbs.
I am eating less.
I am sleeping better.
I am mentally clearer.
I have cut my sugar and carb intake by about 70%.
I walk daily in the hallways of my building 30 minutes a night.
MY ENERGY LEVEL is thru the roof.

First I would like to thank everyone who watched todays webinar. We topped over 1,500 viewers so far.

So what did you take away from today's webinar?

The one thing that sticks out in my mind is when Wayne Taylor said as a car owner it would cost him $1,000,000 to find a tenth of a second in the car for development of a aero piece or something to that affect. He went on to say that there are many drivers out there that can turn one very fast lap but very few who can turn them lap after lap. That is where fitness comes in. The driver who is physically fit and mentally fit can turn consistent fast laps. He also pointed out that during he driving days he wished that he was able to pay more attention to fitness and nutrition instead of finding money to run his car. Maybe his career would have been longer. This is where he praised his sons for their dedication to their mind and body.

Jordan and Ricky covered so many other topics regarding what they do that it was hard to comprehend everything. Today was a real eye opener and I plan to re-watch the webinar.
