Dover Health Care Center was founded in 1986 by the late Dr. Victor Epps. A true healer, Dr. Epps instilled the Chiropractic philosophy within his practice. After his passing, Dr. Megan Epps, his daughter pursued a career in chiropractic with the goal to heal and nurture the Delaware community. Since 1986, the office has evolved into a place full of happiness and healing. Dr. Megan Epps and Dr. Frank Chi, husband and wife duo, now are serving the Delmarva community. The office has an emphasis on pregnancy and pediatric chiropractic. Alldoctors have extensive training in pediatric and pregnancy care. We believe life is not meant to be lived in pain. The docs are passionate about facilitating the healing process to help you achieve your highest health potential. At DHCC, helping you reach your health goals is one of our top goals. The office so proud to serve this wonderful community and looks forward to serving it for years to come.

Our Story

Dover Health Care Center was founded in 1986 by the late Dr. Victor Epps. A true healer, Dr. Epps instilled the Chiropractic philosophy within his community and around the world. Not only did he touch the lives of those within Delaware, but Dr. Epps also traveled abroad to teach others about the healing art of Chiropractic. Since Dr. Epps' passing, his wife Cheryl has kept the doors of Dover Health Care Center open to continue to serve Dover and the surrounding communities. Promoting and teaching wellness and healthy living to as many people as possible through Chiropractic. The office now hosts two enthusiastic chiropractors, Dr. Skylar Kulbacki and Dr. Lee Adkins, both are focused on wellness for the whole family! At Dover Health Care Center, we believe in enabling the body's natural ability to heal from the inside out, holistically. We treat each and every one of our patients as if they were family, because to us, they are.
