We are finally discovering that the past 50+ years of "nutrition science" and "food pyramids" and "healthy food-like substances" has all been simply designed to deplete our bodies of essential natural minerals and vitamins so "they" could create a market for more and better drugs. The result is easy to see in the school systems where 2 or 3 generations of this garbage diet have finally bred children who are incapable of learning and must be medicated from birth just to live "normal lives".

Come on! You know that was clever and funny 😄.
But seriously, stop drinking any kind of soda. Try switching to water with a pinch of sea salt and a squeeze of fruit juice. Your brain will thank you.

There is a reason I stopped using fluoride over 20 years ago.
Oh, and NO, I have not developed cavities.
Cavities come from too much sugar in your diet, which btw, is now referred to as "Type 3 Diabetes" and also linked to dementia and alzheimer's.
So, eat lots of sugar and brush with fluoride, just like the good doctors tell you to do.
Enjoy your last years in that very nice memory unit.
