📢 Updates needed for waiting list applications

Delaware’s five public housing authorities urge individuals who have applied to the state’s centralized waiting list for Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV) and public housing to update their application information to remain active.

Individuals must update their application or confirm “Everything Looks Good” by Feb. 10, 2026.

“We strongly encourage all waiting list applicants to update their application to remain active on the centralized waiting list. We know that many individuals regularly log in and update their information, but we need every single person who has applied to manage their application. Taking that step ensures that housing authorities have the ability to contact you and confirms your continued interest in receiving assistance,” said DSHA Director Matthew Heckles.
