About Monet Massage Therapy, LLC
Inspired by the healing power of compassionate touch, I feel massage is an art and a gift. The therapeutic benefits go well beyond relaxation in helping to maintain a healthy lifestyle and improve emotional balance. I hope to encourage the mind-body connection through intuitive, nurturing touch to meet each individual's unique needs.
Currently, I practice a number of different modalities, which include Structural Integrative Bodywork, Calming, Intuitive Massage, to engage the Parasympathetic Nervous System, Therapeutic Prenatal & HydroStone Therapy.
In 2013, I pursued advanced training in Trauma Touch Therapy, along with Oncology/Medical Massage & Healing Touch. I have a special passion for women who have experienced trauma of any kind, are seeking professional therapy, and would like massage modalities, additionally, to encourage walking through the new normal. I also enjoy facilitating multiple womens' groups, hiking, and looking forward to completing the book I am currently writing.
