We are so proud of EverProven's Owner Matt Michaud and Coach Katie Siemon as they take on the 2025 Legends Championship, a premier CrossFit competition for Masters athletes (ages 35+), at Arizona State University beginning tomorrow (Friday, Dec 12th). This is a 3-day fitness competition featuring top masters athletes! They have trained so hard and are laser-focused!
