As of July 2022 Monarchs have been placed on the Endangered Species List. Planting milkweed is one way to help strengthen the population, as it is a necessary plant for the caterpillars survival. My local Library and nearby churches have offered free seeds in the past. There are also organizations I have found online with a quick search that will mail you seeds. All butterflies are necessary pollinators for our planet to thrive. We can help!

Been having a lot of fun playing with my new gadget! Also enlightened to the fact that I have pretty much been under eating my whole life.

After adding up yesterdays meals I got just over 1/2 of the requirements I need in a day & I felt so stuffed. Like, uncomfortable.

It’s definitely something to build up too, no doubt, but the mind blowing part to me was the fact that I didn’t get to where I needed and at the end of the day it was the first time I ever looked & felt like I had a “food baby” growing in my belly. It was uncomfortable & my pants weren’t fitting.

First. Time. Ever. In my life...most food I have ever eaten in one day in my life to date. And I am still grossly under my target daily intake.

What the actual heck!? I can’t blame anyone at all because 100% of the time it’s because I am just not hungry. 🤷🏻

This is going to be an interesting journey

You HAVE TO STRENGTHEN YOUR ADAPTABILITY TO STRESS from your every day life.

If you don’t you will program your neurology to constantly believing the world is unsafe & remain in Sympathetic Overdrive which could eventually lead to complete shut down.

You cannot get rid of stress. It will pop up unexpectedly all the time. The only thing you can do is hold yourself accountable and make yourself stronger.

It’s not easy & no the best resources are not cheap! But you always have stamina, finances & time for your priorities... and if you value yourself as a priority...
Then things like:

*Busting ass at the gym
*Nutrient dense foods
*Supplements
*Mental/Emotional Therapy/Support/Practices
*Chiropractic Care
*Sleep
*Materials for creative expression

You won’t have any excuses on why these aren’t consistent/daily attributes of your life.
Sorry not sorry for the tough love. Yet, almost everyone has access to some form of safe & effective resources for themselves. It’s just a matter if they have the self love to implement them.

SO LOVE YOURSELF! You’re worth it. Get your priorities straight.

Did you know nursing can metabolize up to 500 cal a day.

So here I am MAYBE having 2 solid meals a day because... Mom life... and wondering why I feel so behind and gassed at the gym.

Let’s say that again. I am nursing and doing CrossFit 2x a week and run off of maybe 2 meals a day. Snacks sometimes add up to 3.

WHAT AM I DOING TO MYSELF!?
There is absolutely no way my body can safely think about pushing past 62 calories on the rower or squatting more than 65lbs... first thing in the morning on EMPTY after nursing. If I continue like this I am either going to get completely discouraged at my lack of progress or hurt my self OR BOTH!

RED FLAG 🚩 PEOPLE!

Time to eat! Received some guidance from coach Jamie EverProven Performance Center about Macros. Definitely WAY under fueled. Super grateful for community. Looking forward to improvements.

The Universe always provides exactly what is needed. Being out in nature unobstructed is so satisfying. Coming home and snuggling up for the rest of the day... also satisfying.

I got to get my hands working again early this morning while Dr.Mike had a meeting with the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce. They making moves to keep our city thriving! What an honor to be apart of that! ..
What a blessing to be able to return to a community full of LOVE ❤️ ..
I was so grateful for the opportunity to have that experience with each practice member. Some new to me and some I haven’t seen in months and miss dearly!..
It was a pleasure to be reminded of the Force within us all
