Hi everyone! Untethered Soul book group, we had an introduction to the author and book this past Friday. Feel free to join us on 11/21. We will be discussing part 1 of the book. The first 4 chapters. The copies on Amazon are $10. You can listen for free on you tube. Also, Michael Singer has a podcast and many interviews available if your interested.

I am new to doing this kind of thing, but it's the book club I wish existed so I started it. Feel free to express what books you are interested in doing a deeper dive in a group setting.

Also, I have my Gentle Yoga Flow classes also held at Stepping Stone Yoga Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Thursdays at 5:30pm

Come Do Yoga in Eagle View Park (Dover) with us Friday 10/10 at 6pm. We meet in the parking lot behind the Dover Municipal Building and walk up. Might be chilly, will definitely be beautiful. We have raised $250 for Pappus House so far, and have 10/10 & 10/24 to add to it. Price is by donation, so invite your friends, clean the change out of the car console and enjoy a fall evening outdoors!

I just noticed it's missing the time. 7pm @ Eagkeview Park. I'll walk people up from the parking lot. We'll be across from the Pavilion, its the highest part of the park. Maybe some deer will join us. Pro tip, sheet or blanket under your mat is helpful.

Hi everyone! My regular classes are back on at Stepping Stone Yoga Tuesdays at 6:30 and Thursdays at 5:30 For the rest of July I am also Teaching Thursdays at 6:45. In August Selena will be taking that class over and I will be on the other side of the mat. Lastly, starting July 18th I will be having the classes below at Eagle View Park in Dover. I would love to see you there, share anywhere you can think of. Thank you so much!
