As many of you already know, after 16 years, Tracey and I have decided to restructure the current Jungle Gym Rehabilition Center for Children. We will no longer be providing Out Patient services at our State Street location. We will be continuing to provided high quality physical and occupational therapy services in school based settings, through consultation services and site based therapy. Over the years, we have come to know and love so many amazing children and families for which we are very thankful. We will truly miss each and every one of the patients, families and the physician offices that we had the pleasure of working with. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. We also want to thank all of the wonderful staff we have had over the years that made the Jungle Gym a very special work place. We hope you will continue to follow us through our new journey. We will soon update this page as well as our website to keep in touch with all of you. Our phone number will remain the same and we would love to hear from you. You will always be in our hearts and we are proud to have you as part of our family.
